Commellini Estate, in collaboration with Latah Creek, invites you to embark on a journey of indulgence at our Valentine’s Winemakers Suppler Club event, taking place on February 14 & 15th. Immerse yourself in a night of Italian culinary mastery paired with exquisite local wines.
Mike, Ellena & their daughter Natalie, the passionate owners of Latah Creek, will be your gracious hosts, guiding you through the world of wine-making at the local level. Our menu for the evening has been thoughtfully paired with three different wines selected from Latah Creek, enhancing your dining experience.
In this Valentine’s dining experience like no other, we continue our mission to share our love for authentic Italian cuisine centered in our history and love of building community. Indulge in a 5 five course meal featuring a special Valentino Duet entrée.

On the menu you can expect Commellini favorites, new Tuscan-style creations, and appetizers honoring Leda Commellini’s style of dining. The three center courses are paired with Latah Creek wines designed to match the palette of the designated course. The 5-courses include:
