The 2026 Impact Driven Leader Summit Returns to Spokane May 7–8, Featuring the Release of Tyler Dickerhoof’s New Book, The Things We Hide
Spokane, WA — The 2026 Impact Driven Leader Summit will take place May 7–8, 2026, at The Centennial by Davenport Hotel in downtown Spokane. Capped at 120 attendees, the Summit is an intentionally small, high-touch gathering built for leaders who value depth over noise and real connection over surface-level networking.
This year’s event will also mark the release of founder Tyler Dickerhoof’s book, The Things We Hide. The book explores the invisible barriers—fears, insecurities, and old wounds—that quietly shape how leaders show up in their relationships and work, offering practical pathways to authentic leadership and personal growth. Its tagline: What you hide controls you. What you face transforms you.
The Summit features four keynote speakers: Tyler Dickerhoof, leadership mentor, entrepreneur, and author; Dr. Abbie Maroño, behavioral scientist and author of The Upper Hand; Joe Delagrave, Paralympian and resilience-driven leadership voice; and Nikki Barua, serial entrepreneur, author, and CEO of FlipWork.
Attendees will experience honest, heart-led leadership sessions, tactical clarity around wealth and purpose, and space to break old patterns and build real momentum—alongside a curated room of like-minded leaders and high performers.
