This year’s event will also mark the release of founder Tyler Dickerhoof’s book, The Things We Hide. The Summit features four keynote speakers: Tyler Dickerhoof, leadership mentor, entrepreneur, and author; Dr. Abbie Maroño, behavioral scientist and author of The Upper Hand; Joe Delagrave, Paralympian and resilience-driven leadership voice; and Nikki Barua, serial entrepreneur, author, and CEO of FlipWork. Attendees will experience honest, heart-led leadership sessions, tactical clarity around wealth and purpose, and space to break old patterns and build real momentum—alongside a curated room of like-minded leaders and high performers.
